The Saltbox Cape-style home has a large fireplace and hearth, two bedrooms, an additional sun room convertible to a cozy bedroom nook and sliding glass doors opening on to a back deck with a gracious view of the back yard and pond. An open, sunny kitchen, one and a half baths, high-end stereo system with B&W speakers, VCR, DVD, WiFi & outdoor gas BBQ. Sleeps 4-6. Good for groups and families or someone(s) seeking a retreat.   RATES AND AVAILABILITY Available by month, week, weekend, or overnight. Holiday weekends have a three night minimum. All pricing is based on double occupancy, that is to say, for two people. Group rates and discounts may apply. Children under 16 are welcome at no charge. 1 or 2 dogs are welcome at no charge; for 3 or more dogs, there is a fee of $25 per additional dog. There is a $72 cleaning fee for the barn, and a $63 cleaning fee for the house. We are obligated to charge 8.125% NY Sales Tax & NOW I regret to have to add a 4% Dutchess County Bed Tax. Barn Availability     LOCALE Tivoli is an interesting village possessing numerous restaurants including vegetarian, Mexican, Japanese, International, Spanish, Pizza and a good bakery and deli. It has close access to the Hudson River and a 400 acre estuary, Tivoli Bays which provides good kayaking, canoeing opportunities and hiking trails. Bard College with an eclectic mix of architecture set in a lovely pastoral campus with renown theatre and music programs is ten minutes down the road. The Hudson Valley region has much to explore.
